Founded in 2000, Huiyang District Xinxu Town Kingkon Machinery is a Taiwan-invested factory, which can professionally manufacture all kinds of metallic tube processing devices. Our product range includes tube bending machines, tube end forming machines, tube cutting machines and four other series of more than 60 kinds of models, which are suitable for all kinds of tube processing, auto parts, motorcycle car manufacturing, baby carriages, bicycles, hardware lightings, air conditioning plumbing, fitness equipment, sanitary equipment, medical equipment, steel furniture, leisure furniture and petrochemicals.
We have two factories covering an area of 120,000 square meters equipped with advanced machines from Panasonic, Mitsubishi and Siemens. We have a monthly capacity of 10 pieces for each seven series with more than 100 models. In addition, we release a new item every season and we have a lead time of 10 to 20 days.
With 10 QC inspectors having seven years of experience to check our production from the raw materials, finished products to shipment; our reorder rate is 70 percent. We also provide a one-year warranty. Moreover, many big buyers source from us, including Wal-mart, Ikea, Nissan, Toyota and Opel.
